The immortal plane of existance (Axonarrian Heaven)

Occupation:

(Always has been) High-Dragon Goddess

Affinity: Undeniably Good.
Alternate Forms: Feral Form
Significant People:

Every mortal within Axonar whom worship her: Fairly trusting Subjects
The Dark Queen: Faux-God (Wants to remove powers, but is unable to do so) and Arch-Nemesis.
The Other Gods: Associates/Friends

Powers: Magic, Manifestation, Convexity.

Magic:

Due to her position as the presiding dragon Goddess, Cornelia has the ability to call up unfathomably extensive amounts of magical energies, far exceeding even the Dark Queen in power. Being a deity, Cornelia has access to every magical ability to ever roam Axonar, even the long extinct ones. The vast majority of these powers, however... Are rarely used by Cornelia herself. The last recorded usage of these powers, were in the first-Androni invasion of Axonar, wherein Cornelia used her magical powers to prevent the Dark Queen from making a pact with the Progenitor, which would throw the universe into turmoil.

Due to her Goddess-nature, Cornelia is a master of every magical breath-element possible to master, and several that aren't possible to master by mortals. Because of this, she's well known in scriptures to randomize her attacks, launching one breath attack, then another, and another in a constant flurry of elemental magic. This combination is highly effective, and has been shown to always be employed by Cornelia, when she rarely attacks the Dark Queen.

Manifestation:

This is one of Cornelia's unique magical abilities; it's an ability that virtually no mortal is capable of sustaining, being as it uses so much energy to have running. Cornelia, however - being a Goddess - is capable of sustaining this ability almost indefinitely, as are the other Gods and Goddesses, and the Dark One. The power allows Cornelia to dominate the mind of a creature, and warp its appearance somewhat to suit her needs. The change is not permanent; it's just used mainly as a method for the Gods to roam the universe, without revealing themselves completely. Cornelia uses it the most out of any other God, being as she commonly visits the mortal planes. On a similar note; if a creature is not in the God or Goddess' tastes for being used, the manifestation ability lets them use Light-Elemental based 'holograms' to manifest themselves, or to create creatures based on them, in order to represent themselves. This is whee the common misconception of the Dark One as a Scorpion comes from; since her corruption thousands of years ago, the Dark One was able to harness untold power, and was essentially able to ascend to Godhood, granting her the ability to manifest herself; on this topic, the Gods and Goddesses have special 'preferences' for forms to manifest themselves as if no fauna is available; the Dark One commonly used a scorpion to represent her manifestation, while Cornelia commonly uses a Sartoga Raptor.

Convexity:
(NO; this is in NO way, a relation to the Spyro games. It's just named the same, that's all.)

Cornelia - like every other God or Goddess, bar the Dark Queen - also has the ability to use a unique elemental attack reserved for use by Godlike beings. The aura of the God or Goddess tends to determine the color of the beam; Cornelia's Auric-Magic tends to glow pink, and thus, so does her Convexity Element. Convexity is not just one attack, however; it's an entire Elemental school, which all the Gods are masters at. Convexity includes beams, blasts, and other such things. It also includes destructive darkness-based magic, such as forming miniature black-holes, completely seizing control, or even paralyzing bodies of others, and a few other Darkness-powers. Convexity, is, however, very taxing on even the Gods; it's not an ability to be used all the time, and the Gods know this very well; to the point where some - such as Cornelia - seldom actually use Convexity-based attacks, unless it's required to do so.

Personality:

Cornelia is a very benevolent dragoness, hence being the High-Goddess. She has a great deal of respect and care for the mortal plane of Axonar, and all those within it. This is a trait not always shared by her fellow Gods, and as such, she places it under her own responsibilities to ensure that Axonar as a universe, is always at least semi-stable. Cornelia also has a very rigid sense of justice, and is well known for it among her fellow Gods. She is, however, a very calm dragoness, and quite reserved, too; she vastly prefers to be alone in her domain, to reflect on things, but is very calm and collected when addressing others, even the other Gods, that may happen to be larger than herself.

When in the mortal plane, she tends to be very good at keeping her calm, and her auric-magic tends to project that to all those around her. She does, however, commonly lose her calm demeanor when around the Dark Queen, mainly due to the harm that the Dark Queen caused to her in the past.

Backstory:

Cornelia has been around for countless millennia, but she actually first originated far in the past, around the time of the Ancient Progenitor Empire; she was one of the greater leaders of the enormous Empire, repairing a lot of the damage inflicted to its economy by previous rulers, and - albeit begrudgingly - brought the Imperium back to their glory in the Second Human-Progenitor War, within which Cornelia's Empire easily defeated the Human Federation.

Cornelia was the source of many dozens of various advances and improvements to Progenitor way of life, and her gold-hearted nature earned her many dragons and humans that paid close watch to what she did; included, was Felucia - the current Goddess of Love - as well as many other Gods and Goddesses as she went through her life. When the Dragon-Empress finally did meet a natural death, she found herself in Axonarrian Heaven; a place many thought to be folklore. While there, she was given an offer that none before her; They offered her a position among them, as the Goddess of Nature (She'd always had a strong bond with nature that she loved to explore during her time as a mortal.)

She accepted their offer, and after a short sermon of sorts, became the one - and only - mortal to ever ascend to God-Hood. She was quick to make her benevolent nature known to everybody, and became a widely known and worshipped Goddess. In the final few years of the Ancient Progenitor's time at large, the Gods learned of the Androni - a race hell-bent on erasing all trace of the Progenitor from Axonar. Plunged into a state of worry with the fact that Aastara was attempting to ally with the Progenitor, which would upset the universal balance, the Gods decided that Cornelia - having a lot of contact with Aastara in the past - was the best to prevent the deal from being made, and persuaded her to go to the mortal plane, bolstering her powers greatly. The Goddess easily thwarted the attempted alliance, but war between the Progenitor and Androni broke out mere days after, as the Vastidians allied with the Androni for their stealth technology. With little that the Gods could do to halt the inevitable, they watched the once-powerful Empire collapse on itself, and shrink massively.

It is unknown when it happened, but sometime between them, and current time in Axonar, she was given the power and title representing her now-apparent role as the 'High-Goddess of Axonar', and began to change - quite radically - how her and her comrades got involved in Axonar, and paid much more attention to the rapidly power-growing Aastara.

(That's all you have to know; the rest will be elaborated within stories and such)

This girl has a LOT of detail about her in not just the artwork, but the writing itself. It's awesome to me how you added so much detail with her and where she came from. The artist did a great job with the golden details and how her coloring of her skin/scales turned out.
