Rebirth:

Due to being a Phoenix, Fiera is magical at her very core. This grants her immortality in the form of her aging, but whenever she dies (by any means; natural or otherwise) her aging cycle starts again; she reverts to her egg and will begin her life again from the point of birth as a young chick, however, where this is unique, is that she keeps all of her knowledge and memories from before she was reborn, and as such, she has a massive repertoire of memories ranging from a few minutes ago, to billions of years ago. A common misconception is that that this also makes her invulnerable; this is not true. For several years after her rebirth, her magic will be completely depleted, and unable to sustain another rebirth, only fully returning once she hits the age of 6 years old (same aging system as dragons), where her magic begins to return as she enters puberty and a few years later, adulthood.

Magic:

Fiera is... Adept at magic; it's to be expected that she is, considering that she is - by her very nature - a magical being. Her magical power tends to vary based on her age; as she grows older - and closer to her next rebirth cycle - her magic gets stronger. Theoretically, her magic can reach incredible power-levels, which has made her the target of many attempted kidnappings to harness her raw magical power. This works both ways though; when in a situation that could force her into rebirth, her magic will fuse with her Fire Elemental Nature, and allow her to utilze her Solar abilities. Stopping this fusion is possible, and it has been done before, but in 1 vs 1 combat, it's exceptionally difficult to prevent her Solar Fury. Aside frm her unorthodox magical nature, her magic also allows her to grant immortality - at a cost - to people. This ability is very well hidden, and nobody knows it exists except Fiera, and - when used - will drain Fiera's life-force to place an everlasting immortality spell on her chosen target. This means that it can only be done once per lifetime, and has the cost of forcing her to be reborn as a chick. For that reason, Fiera never uses it unless the circumstances are exceedingly special, due to the costs involved.

Fire Elemental:

Fiera is the Fire Guardian in the Axonarrian Council, tasked with preserving knowledge of all Fire-based elemental abilities within the universe. Most Guardians are from a long-descended line of ancestors, but this is not the case with Fiera; aside from the 180 years that she spends after each rebirth growing up, Fiera is always the Fire Guardian, and - for as long as the records show - has always held the role. Her mastery over fire is unrivaled by mortals, and she is able to combine grace, beauty and ferocity into her fire demonstrations with her... Fairly iconic Flame-Spin Dances, wherein she uses her fire - enhanced by magic - and her skill at dancing to - in essence - show off. Just what powers of fire Fiera has isn't subject for debate; she has been shown to use any possible fire elemental power, as well as some unique to her species. Fiera is well-known for having taught Setta the more... Refined methods for using her Dark Fire. When in severe danger, Fiera's magic, and her Fire element appear to fuse together, prompting her Solar Fury to begin.

Solar Fury:

Solar Fury is a power unique to the Fire-variety of Phoenixes. When in extreme danger that could result in her having to be reborn, Fiera's magic will fuse with her Fire Element via an unknown process, augmenting and changing its properties drastically, to become less like the Fire Element, and more... Weird. When her Solar Fury is in effect, her power level skyrockets when outside and exposed to solar rays, and her primary attack becomes the infamously rare Solar Apocalypse, wherein she combines the sheer power of the star she's being exposed to, with her fire and magic, and launches it in a deadly instantly-killing beam of light. While in this form, she cannot use her magic consciously, but her fire is able to be used, and is FAR more powerful due to the Solar Energy she's absorbing to power it up. The form lasts for a few minutes, and once over causes Fiera to instantly faint for a varied - yet clearly very long - amount of time, during which her fate is usually decided; are the injuries she sustained enough to trigger a rebirth, or will she survive? Once used once, her Solar Fury won't trigger until her magical energies return a few weeks later. The very nature of this form seems to defy the laws of the universe itself, but when magic is governing it... It throws 'logic' out of the window.

Personality: 

Fiera as a whole is a very open woman; if she trusts somebody, she's extremely open with them about anything, but - in turn - desires the same from others in return. She isn't afraid to share anything with those she trusts enough, and keeps very few secrets due to her honesty. However, she is also extremely trustworthy; if you tell her to not give away a secret, she won't, no matter how hard somebody tries to get it from her. That said, for how open she is, she is very warm and kind to anybody around her, and will always treat everybody with equal respect and kindness, no matter what they've done to her. She iis famously forgiving to anybody - to a degree, at least; for minor things, she will mostly forgive and forget, but if you do make an enemy of her... You probably won't live too long to regret it. When angry, Fiera is REALLY angry. She has a VERY fiery personality when annoyed enough, and will not hesitate to take out her anger on those around her. That said, no matter what, she wouldn't harm those close enough to her at all.

Backstory:

Fiera wasn't born; she was created by the Original One, to serve as the Fire Elemental Guardian (in tandem with Xenithia - the Ice/Water Elemental Guardian, and the guardians for Earth, Air, Electricity, Light and Darkness) of Axonar. Her initial life was ful of training with her impressive repertoire of elements - Fire, Metal and Magma mainly - in order to master them. This took a lot of time for the Phoenix to master the elements, and was full of... Mishaps that resulted in her... Untimely demise. That was when she learned about the unique Phoenix ability of Rebirth; when she 'died', she reverted to being in an egg instead, and began life again, only remembering everything from before she died. While learning in Axonarrian Heaven, she was constantly aged back to adulthood upon dying and being reborn, in order to learn the rest of her elements. After countless years of tutelage, the Phoenixes all mastered their elements, with Fiera being among the first to pass the final trials. It was then, that the Phoenixes underwent their first intentional rebirthing process, as they all - in essence - had to kill one another to revert to egg forms. The Original One distributed each Phoenix as a duo (or trio) to areas of Axonar; Fiera and Xenithia were placed in the Axonar galaxy, while the other Phoenixes were distributed to other - albeit unknown - locations; the Ligth and Darkness Phoenix were placed in the same area, as well as the other three Phoenixes. With them in the mortal world, the Original One left them all to age, and naturally go through their life-cycles.

Fiera and Xenithia found themselves in the Expansion Regions of Axonar, and - after spending millions of years on the world they were born on until they - for lack of better wording - got bored - decided to see if they could explore the galaxy that they had been shoved in by the Original One. Using their extensive magic, the pair managed to scavenge and bring an abandoned Androni destroyer back to life, and left the world that had been their home for millions of years, in search of new things in the galaxy; they both felt that they had a more... 'proper' calling in life, and they'd find it by scouring the universe... In theory. They spent years aimlessly wandering the Axonarrian slipspace lands in hopes of finding something, and eventually, they did... But not what they had hoped to find in the slightest. The pair were set upon by the Pirate Destroyer, Defiant, the crew of which sought to board the ship and 'obtain' the Phoenixes for their own use, and thus the two vessels began to exchange ranged fire - but the Pirate destroyer had a crew of over 300 compared to the two Phoenixes on the Androni Destroyer, and thus, the Defiant was able to fight their destroyer far more efficiently than had been expected, and it seemed like the pair would have to resolve to being captured... But then the Terran Battleship Rhode Island arrived on the scene; it had been tracking both ships, discerning that both were in combat. The vastly more powerful Terran warship laid into the Pirate Destroyer relentlessly, causing numerous hull breaches until the small vessel pulled away into full retreat, leaving via slipspace - the ruptures almost tearing Fiera's and Xenithia's ship apart in the process. Despite the Rhode Island downloading the Defiant's navigation plan for slipspace that would take it to the planet of Solitude, the Terran Battleship elected to let the Destroyer live to fight another day, and instead placed their attention into rescuing the Phoenixes. The pair were brought onboard the Rhode Island, which explained that it'd take them back to Earth, wherein their fates would be decided.

The Rhode Island thus took the pair to Earth, where - after a stringent of political talks and such - the pair were allowed the forge their own ways as citizens of the Terran Empire. Xenithia decided to seek placement in the Terran military, while Fiera took on a... Less intensive role; she found herself employed as a model within a few months, and thus the two Phoenixes parted ways for the time being, but still ensured that they'd see one another regularly. During this period, Fiera learned more about Terran history such as the Second Great War - which was won by the Facist regime - followed by the Nazi collapse and - within a few dozen years - the rise of a new - albeit war tested - allied superpower which had little issues unifying the world under one banner.

About 50 years passed, wherein the Terran Empire stayed quite static in terms of overall growth - though its military was very active in the Expansion Regions after a string of incessant raids on its assets by pirate ships including the Defiant... Albeit under new command. During the time, Fiera had become a rather successful model due to how exotic she was as a Phoenix, but some time around the 50th year after her arriving on Earth, the Terran Empress died, throwing the Terran Empire into upheaval due to her never having a partner and - as such - no heir/heiress. Many people vied for power of the Empire, and the seriousness of the situation was evident when the Terran Marine Corps' Fleet was called back in order to keep the peace on Earth and her Colonies. After a lot of debate, and persuasion from Xenithia - as well as Fiera's neighbors and peers - she opted to use the media power she had as such a successful model, to demand the throne. While she had no claims, the Terran people - while a little apprehensive - were more than willing to unite under the rule of a Phoenix - due to their mythical nature and raw power, and - in general - how powerful and wise they tended to be. As such, Fiera didn't have many issues with her demand, and - soon after - she found herself crowned Empress of the Terran Empire - something she had never thought would've happened to her.

Several years after she was crowned Empress, the Axonarrian Council was formed. The Terran Council practically refused Fiera's idea to join it, and thus, she didn't. However, within a few months, a representative from the Council came in touch with her, making an offer that Fiera couldn't say no too; she was offered the position of being the Council's Fire Guardian. She happily accepted the position on the condition that she spent most - if not almost all - of her time in her palace, to which the council agreed. As such, she was titled the Fire Guardian. One of her first jobs came when the Terran Marine Corps captured the corrupted Setta, managing to reverse much of her corruption and Fiera was faced with a decision of how to deal with the dragoness. The Phoenix elected to tutor the dragoness herself, and taught Setta how to use her Dark Fire element as best she could. Their tutelage sessions were long and arduous, but it resulted in the pair being very close friends by the end of it when Setta was taken back to - and reunited with - her mother.
